Services Overview

Venueri allows users to search for, book, and manage event venues online. Venue owners and service providers can list their spaces for potential clients to reserve. Venueri acts as a booking facilitator and does not directly own or manage any listed venues.

Payments and Fees

• All payments for venue bookings are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.
• Users agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with their bookings.
• Venueri may charge a service fee from hosts , which will be clearly indicated before onboarding.

Booking Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each individual venue. Users must review and accept these policies before booking.
• Venueri is not liable for any disputes related to cancellations or refunds but may assist in facilitating communication between parties.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform’s security.

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Venueri or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to Venueri.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Venueri provides the platform “as is” but conducts a verification process for listed venues. Verified venues are clearly tagged as 'Verified' on the platform. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee the availability of any listed venue or service.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Venueri and its affiliates from any claims, damages,losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
